Please kindly consider the following in all of your communications, assignments, and exam papers. Your understanding is highly appreciated:

• Never use Telephone, sms, Telegram, Watsapp or any other telephone-based communications for your inquiries

• Make sure that your profile name adheres to your real name. Do not user other people emails
• Always add subject that represents the content of email. For example: class assignment, or presentation date or so on
• Before start writing the body, first introduce yourself. Start with University/Field of study/Admission year/Course name/ Your name as appears in the system/ StudentID
• Do not write long sentences. Always write short
• Make sure that if your email has attachment, your attachment is there
• Send only one email and wait for reply
• Do not expect reply if the above criteria has not been met
